If you have received the wrong part or a part is damaged during shipping, we will gladly pay for return shipping, and either promptly exchange or refund your money. See return policy below for details. If this happens to be the case, contact a customer service representative and we will be happy to assist you.

Same Day Shipping
Most orders placed before 1:00 pm PST Mon-Fri will be processed and shipped out from our warehouse the same day.

Same day shipping does not apply to:
  • Incomplete or unpaid orders
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Shipping Options
AutomotiveLightingUSA.com offers these convenient shipping options.

  • Standard Shipping: This option is free to orders over $99 shipping to the continental USA 48 states. Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within five business days after shipment.
  • Expedited Shipping: For an additional charge, AutomotiveLightingUSA.com offers this air-mail service option for most products. Expedited shipping is available to US 50 States, Commonwealths, and Territories. Orders shipped via Expedited Shipping normally arrive in 2-3 days.
  • Overnight Shipping: For an additional charge, AutomotiveLightingUSA.com offers this shipping option for most products. Orders shipped prior to 3:00 p.m. EST via overnight service are normally delivered by 3:00 p.m. local time one business day after shipment
  • International Airmail: This economical shipping method is available for international orders under 4 lbs. International Airmail is available to 50+ countries  and typically arrives in 4-7 business days.
  • International Priority Airmail: This expedited shipping method is available for international orders over 4 lbs. Priority Airmail is available to 50+ countries and typically arrives in 3-7 days.

Please remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves AutomotiveLightingUSA.com's facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond our control once your order leaves our facilities, we cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify. Shipments to rural or remote destinations may incur additional shipping delays.

Halogen Bulb Limited Warranty
SCS International Inc. warrants your halogen bulbs to be free from defects in material and workmanship*. If you discover a defect in a halogen bulb during the warranty period listed below, we will repair or replace (at our option) the item:

LUMINICS: 90 Days
MTEC: 30 Days
NOKYA: 60 Days
PIAA: 180 Days
POLARG: 180 Days

Warranty periods listed are from receipt of original purchase. Damaged merchandise must be postmarked within stated warranty policy to qualify. To make a warranty claim please complete and return the warranty card included with your shipment or use the link below to download a new copy. If your halogen bulbs are covered within the warranty period listed above, no return authorization is needed.

*AutomotivelightingUSA.com shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.

Return Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is shipped incorrectly, defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. All returns must be approved in advance by calling 818-349-2264 or emailing returns@automotivelightingusa.com. Refused packages will not automatically be considered a merchandise return, and no credit to customers charge card will be issued. Our strict quality control policy prohibits us from reselling returned halogen or xenon light bulbs; as a result we can not accept returns on these products. All sales on these items are final. Bulbs with manufacturer defects will gladly be exchanged (please see warranty information above). Re-sending a refused package will require an additional shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All orders shipped with a free freight promotion and returned for refund will have the original actual shipping charges deducted from refund amount. Non-defective merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

NOTE: Ship and insure your return. You can ship using the carrier/method of choice (UPS, FedEX, USPS, etc) however we strongly recommend that you insure the package and use a method of shipping that provides tracking, or proof of delivery. This if for your protection. AutomotiveLightingUSA.com shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and are non-refundable.
